We love local music and we have a long history of promoting local acts. We believe in providing a positive platform to help the music industry grow
Therefore, we have decided to bring back the
Pirate88 's Track of the Year Competition
(Try saying TOTY 10 times in a row phewww)!
It only costs $25 to enter, so why not give it a crack! WIN OUR TREASURE CHEST!
The competition will kick off on the 1st December 2022 at Sea on our Pirate Ship. Imagine competing with other Western Australian Bands at Sea. We will have some amazing Bands/DJs playing throughout the day to Inspire you.
With loads of fun , we will maximise your exposure plus have a few shenanigans along the way. We will be focusing on a different component for e.g Performance, Versatility, Song Structure and Shellability ...... and to put the cherry on top of this fun-time.... we will have loads of prizes in our pirate’s chest to giveaway!!!
The Grand Final prizes include Band Management for One Month courtesy of Lush Music Management, A Recording Day with Barefoot Bands producer, Photography Package (Band Shots), Logo Design, Website Design, Social Media Coaching, a support to the Headliner Spot at our Pirate88 Festival 'Too Cute To Walk the Plank" Gig, January 14th 2023.

*The live performances will only be 20 minutes long, so make sure you have got your set perfectly timed and makes sure you save your TOTY entry song until last. This gives our panel of Judges the chance to judge you on every aspect of your song choice.
